Description
TN1 / B vaporizer packaged (536109000) is an electronically controlled device that regulates the pressure of the CNG allowing a regular flow of gas according to the requests of the engine fuel system.
It has three reduction stages which allow it to maintain stable the pressure of the gas delivered in the flow rate range and a high pressure solenoid valve upstream of the first stage.
To guarantee the good functioning of the vaporizer and to avoid the freezing of methane in the pressure drop phase, the vaporizer is heated with the liquid taken from the engine cooling circuit.
The engine idling is regulated by means of a solenoid valve with manual adjustment.
Gas is taken from the third stage via the main duct.
It includes an electronic control device for starting, with a safety system that intervenes by closing the gas solenoid valves in case of accidental engine shutdown.
